Denna Milhollin launched DC Construction in 2003, shortly after obtaining her general contractors license. Proving herself as a businesswoman within the male-dominated world of construction would be a challenge. But Denna has relied on her lengthy industry experience, strong business acumen, and her talented team to help build DC into what it is today.

As our business has grown, so have the accolades from our clients. In 2006, we received the “Supplier Diversity Award” from PG&E. The utility giant also named us their 2008 “Safety Supplier of the Year”.

We believe a job isn’t finished until you’re satisfied. We use only the best materials and equipment, and our experienced concrete professionals know what it takes to get the job done right. We are also well aware of the environmental issues that affect our industry, and we work hard to deliver quality while remaining environmentally conscious.

Time is money in the construction industry. We value the importance of client communication, and our high level of internal organization helps us consistently meet deadlines. With crews stationed throughout Central California, we can begin projects with very short turnaround times.
